Subscriptions:
The Wagyu Chef offers a subscription service for the recurring delivery of our premium wagyu beef products (referred to as "Products") through our Services. By purchasing a subscription plan (referred to as "Subscription"), you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
Plans and Product Offerings:
Our Product offerings and available Subscription plans are described on our website and mobile application at the time of purchase. Please note that these offerings and plans are subject to change at any time prior to purchase. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding our Products and Subscriptions.
Automatic Renewal of Subscription:
When you purchase a monthly, two or three months subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:
a) The Wagyu Chef, or our third-party payment processor(s), is authorized to charge you on a monthly basis for the price of your chosen subscription, including any applicable taxes and charges specified during the purchase process, for as long as your subscription continues.
b) Your subscription is continuous until you cancel it or until we suspend or terminate the subscription.
c) The monthly recurring charges for your subscription will be clearly presented during the purchase process ("Payment"). Please note that the amount you are charged may vary depending on the preferences you select, and we reserve the right to adjust recurring charges from time to time in accordance with these terms.
Managing Your Subscription:
a) Pausing or Skipping Shipments:
If you wish to pause or skip a shipment, log in to your account on our website and manage your subscription settings. Make changes at least [insert number of days] before your next billing date.
b) Updating Shipping Address or Payment Information:
You can update your shipping address or payment information by logging in to your account on our website.
Cancellation Policy:
Yes, you can change or cancel your subscription at any time. Simply log in to your account and make the necessary changes, before your next billing date. Any cancellations made after this timeframe will apply to the subsequent billing cycle.
Refunds and Returns:
Refunds and returns are subject to our standard refund policy, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
Shipping:
a) We ship US, excluding AK and Hawaii. Please check our Shipping policy for more details.
Your wagyu beef will be shipped via UPS Ground method and will be delivered to your doorstep approximately within 3 business days.
The Wagyu Chef subscription orders will be shipped via UPS Ground method which takes approx 3 business days. We will ship all orders on the Wagyu Chef site Monday-Wednesday for delivery Tuesday through Saturday.
All orders are packed in a recyclable, corrugated box with 100% recyclable insulation, each order is also packed with enough dry ice for a 24-hour transit time to ensure your product is received frozen.
When you receive your shipment, you will find a Cooking Brochure along with a pamphlet on the Dry Ice used in your shipment, you will also find your packing list inside this brochure.

It’s always our goal to exceed your expectations. We want every purchase from The Wagyu Chef to delight our customers. If your experience with our American Wagyu Beef products has fallen short of your expectations, please contact us at youmatter@goodsilversteaks.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
We can’t accept returned meat. But we love returning customers.
With perishable products and time-sensitive shipping, we simply can’t accept returns. However, if you received a product that you feel does not live up to The Good Silver Steak Co. name, we will work with you to reach a fair agreement. Photos of defective or unsatisfactory products may be required for our internal records and insurance.

By subscribing to Wagyu Chef, you agree to receive email notifications and updates regarding your subscription, including billing confirmations and shipment notifications.
