At The Wagyu Chef, we want to make sure our customers receive their high-quality Wagyu beef in the freshest and most convenient way possible. Here's how our shipping policy works:
Subscription Schedule: When you sign up for The Wagyu Chef's subscription box, you can choose how often you would like to receive your box.
All Wagyu Chef subscription orders will be shipped via UPS Ground method which takes approximately 3 business days.
Hawaii and Alaska, no hard feelings, okay? Currently we only ship to the lower 48 states, and we do not offer international shipping.
Please double check your address. We know everyone makes mistakes, but The Wagyu Chef is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Also, we can’t deliver to PO boxes.
Some things are out of our control. In rare instances, your flash-frozen Wagyu Chef order may arrive +/- 1 day from the requested delivery date. Please plan accordingly and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Bringing deliciousness to your doorstep. Your order means everything to us, so we take pride in ensuring an exceptional delivery experience. Our American Wagyu Beef products are vacuum sealed and flash frozen to preserve freshness and bold favor. Your order is then shipped in an insulated package with gel packs and dry ice.
Follow this law of thaw. As a general rule, thaw packaged meats in the fridge or a cold-water bath (6 hours per pound). Never use hot water or thaw on the countertop.
Delivery Time: The delivery time will depend on your location. We use a trusted courier service that provides real-time tracking information so you can track your package every step of the way. You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please, note that orders are shipped out Monday-Wednesday for delivery Tuesday through Saturday.
Packaging: We pack our subscription boxes with care to ensure the meat stays fresh during transit. We use eco-friendly insulated packaging and dry ice to maintain the proper temperature during shipping.
Delivery Instructions: If you have any special delivery instructions, such as a specific delivery time or a preferred delivery location, you can provide these instructions during the checkout process.
Shipping Fees: Shipping is included in the price of our subscription boxes, so you don't have to worry about any additional fees.

We can’t accept returned meat. But we love returning customers.With perishable products and time-sensitive shipping, we simply can’t accept returns. However, if you received a product that you feel does not live up to The Good Silver Steak Co. name, we will work with you to reach a fair agreement. Photos of defective or unsatisfactory products may be required for our internal records and insurance.
